Rachel's therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that emotions are an integral part of life, and getting in touch with them is key to making heartfelt decisions. She specializes in helping clients cope with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions such as divorce or career changes. Her empathetic nature allows her to connect deeply with clients, understanding the pain and struggle that living can bring.

Drawing from her education at UNLV, where she earned both her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and B.A. in Psychology, Rachel employs a variety of evidence-based techniques. Her training encompasses areas such as adoption, family conflict, impulse control disorders, and oppositional defiance. This diverse skill set enables her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs.

Rachel's professional experience has honed her ability to work with individuals, couples, and families. She places a strong emphasis on empowering clients to overcome obstacles and find solutions that work best for them. Her depth perspective allows her to explore not just surface-level issues, but the underlying factors that contribute to a client's current challenges.
