With a creative approach that blends art and science, Pamela Criswell, LMHC, brings over two decades of experience to her role as Practice Director at TCA Counseling Group. A graduate of Lesley University, Pamela holds a Master's degree in Expressive Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy, uniquely positioning her to help clients explore their inner worlds through both traditional and creative therapeutic methods.

Pamela's expertise has been further honed through post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma studies, allowing her to offer a comprehensive and nuanced approach to mental health care. As a Registered Art Therapist and Certified Eat, Breathe Thrive(TM) Instructor, she incorporates a variety of techniques into her practice, including Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapies.

Specializing in working with adults, individuals, and the LGBTQ community, Pamela addresses a wide range of concerns including eating disorders, relationships, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is rooted in the belief that old habits and fixed thoughts can prevent individuals from making decisions or choosing a life path.
