Brooke Randolph
NCC, LMHC, LPC, LPCC-S • Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About
At the intersection of neuroscience and compassionate care, Brooke Randolph, LMHC, stands as a beacon for those seeking transformative healing. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Brooke's approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the brain-body connection, exemplified by her expertise in Brainspotting—a powerful therapeutic technique she describes as "insight on steroids."
Brooke's primary areas of expertise encompass Brainspotting, adoption and foster care, developmental trauma, and nurturing healthy relationships. Her diverse skill set is further enriched by certifications in Brainspotting and Imago Relationship Therapy, as well as training in Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Brooke's therapeutic toolkit also includes experience with Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and she is a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP). Her approach is further informed by trauma-based, IFS-informed, Polyvagal-informed, and Daring Way methodologies, with influences from existentialism and psychodynamic theories.
As the Executive Director of Counseling at The Green House, Brooke leads a team committed to excellence and ongoing growth. Her client base is as diverse as her expertise, including physicians, scientists, clergy, executives, business owners, immigrants, professional athletes, adult adoptees, and foster and adoptive parents. Brooke particularly enjoys working with intercultural and interracial couples seeking more conscious, connected relationships. Her passion for continuous learning is evident in her habit of reading multiple non-fiction books simultaneously, often inspired by client needs.
Brooke's influence extends beyond her clinical practice. She is a published author, with works focusing on adoption therapy and related topics. As a Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant, she plays a crucial role in educating the next generation of therapists. Brooke's commitment to the field is further demonstrated by her service on the boards of Mallory's Mission and Adoption Knowledge Affiliates.
Licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, and Massachusetts, Brooke Randolph offers a blend of extensive experience, cutting-edge techniques, and a deeply personal approach to therapy. Her practice is a testament to her belief in the power of intentional, whole-hearted living and the transformative potential of conscious relationships.
