Tyra's therapeutic toolkit is impressively diverse, thanks to her extensive post-graduate training. Her two-year post-graduate certification in Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Newport Psychoanalytic Institute allows her to delve deep into the unconscious processes that shape behavior and relationships.
