Before transitioning to her current role, Taylor gained invaluable experience providing therapeutic services to children in public schools throughout the District of Columbia. She also served as a school social worker at a K-8 charter school, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by children and adolescents in educational settings. These experiences have enriched her understanding of the complex interplay between academic, social, and emotional factors in young people's lives.
