Shane's journey in the mental health field began in 2003, culminating in a Master's degree from Syracuse University in 2008. His professional experience includes work at prestigious institutions such as St Joseph Hospital, The Brownell Center, and Liberty Post, where he focused on early intervention. In 2012, Shane took the significant step of opening his first private practice, laying the groundwork for what would become Syracuse Family Counseling.
