Specializing in grief and anxiety counseling, Olivia creates a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their emotions and work towards healing.

Olivia's journey into the field of social work began early, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Her commitment to service, social justice, and the importance of human relationships led her to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida, which she earned in 2017. This solid educational foundation, combined with her Board of Oncology Social Work Certification, equips Olivia with a comprehensive understanding of the complex issues surrounding anxiety, grief, medical crises, and depression.

With a wealth of experience working with individuals and families affected by life-altering diagnoses, Olivia has honed her skills in addressing the unique challenges faced by young adults grappling with worry, fear of the unknown, and serious illness. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client's specific needs. Olivia incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and reframe unhealthy thinking patterns, while also utilizing solution-focused therapy to concentrate on manageable solutions for more effective coping.

Having called Florida home since 2007, Olivia has planted roots in Tampa with her husband. When not in the therapy room, she can be found enjoying the sunshine, practicing yoga, attending concerts, or biking along the Riverwalk. These personal experiences inform her practice, allowing her to connect with clients on a deeper level and understand the importance of balance and self-care in the healing process.
