Rooted in her hometown of Brownsville, TX, Nikole's journey in the field of mental health began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by a minor in Criminal Justice. Her dedication to the profession led her to pursue a Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance, solidifying her commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges.

She skillfully employs a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. In 2022, Nikole expanded her therapeutic toolkit by completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), further enhancing her ability to address complex trauma and other mental health concerns.
