Nicolle's expertise spans a wide range of treatment areas, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, trauma and trauma recovery, women's issues, substance abuse, and addiction. Throughout her career, Nicolle has demonstrated a commitment to both clinical practice and academic pursuits. She has instructed in the Social Work Department at Youngstown State University and serves as a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team of Mahoning County. Her experience extends to working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, including those on parole and probation.
