Meredith's journey in social work began in 2011, laying a strong foundation for her comprehensive understanding of mental health services. Her experience spans working with children as young as five, adults, and families, allowing her to address a wide range of mental health concerns with nuanced expertise. Prior to obtaining her master's degree, Meredith honed her skills as a medical and oncology social worker, bringing a unique perspective to her current practice that acknowledges the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being.

Committed to staying at the forefront of therapeutic techniques, Meredith is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
