Mallory's journey in the helping field began during her undergraduate years at the University of North Florida, where she earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Her passion for supporting those in need was further solidified through her internship at a local domestic violence shelter. There, she honed her skills in crisis intervention, victim advocacy, and facilitated workshops on financial literacy, demonstrating her commitment to empowering clients through practical, life-changing skills.

Continuing her dedication to mental health, Mallory pursued her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. Her academic excellence is reflected in her membership in the National Counseling Honor Society, showcasing her commitment to the highest standards of the counseling profession. As a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), she stays abreast of the latest developments in therapeutic practices, ensuring her clients receive cutting-edge care.

In today's digital age, Mallory recognizes the importance of accessibility in mental health services. As a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH 3773), she is expertly equipped to offer both phone and video-based sessions, ensuring that geographic barriers do not stand in the way of quality mental health care.

Drawing from her diverse educational background and practical experience, she tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Currently accruing hours toward full licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern (IMH23526) with the state of Florida, Mallory works under the supervision of experienced professionals. This ensures that clients benefit not only from Mallory's fresh perspective and enthusiasm but also from the wealth of knowledge and experience of her supervisors.

When not in session, Mallory enjoys reading, beachcombing for seashells, running, and spending quality time with family and friends. These personal interests inform her therapeutic approach, promoting a balanced lifestyle and the importance of self-care in mental health management.
