Lexi's journey in mental health is rich and varied. Her early career was rooted in crisis intervention services, conducting hospital evaluations, and providing long-term outpatient therapy for a non-profit agency in Seattle. This diverse experience laid the groundwork for her current private practice, where she continues to expand her therapeutic toolkit.

Always striving to enhance her skills, Lexi has pursued additional training in several cutting-edge therapies. Her expertise now includes EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, and polyvagal interventions. She also maintains a keen interest in psychopharmacology, continuously updating her knowledge in this area.
