With over 13 years of experience treating anxiety, substance use, and PTSD/Trauma related disorders, Kris Vegvari brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative approaches to his role as Clinical Director at AIM Behavioral Health. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), Kris offers a unique blend of expertise that allows him to provide effective, long-term help even to those suffering from the most extreme concerns.

Kris's approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, with a particular focus on exposure therapies for the treatment of anxiety. Drawing from his extensive background as a U.S. Air Force veteran of 25 years and a former federal civilian employee with the U.S. Army for 8 years, Kris brings a deep understanding of military-related difficulties to his practice. This unique perspective allows him to provide specialized care for veterans and active-duty service members, addressing the complex challenges they may face.
