Empowering clients to overcome trauma and reclaim their lives, Kendra Linck, LPC, brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to her role as Assistant Clinical Director at Lighthouse Psychiatry. With a specialization in trauma therapy and EMDR training, Kendra is dedicated to helping individuals aged 16 to 65 navigate through past experiences and develop the tools for positive change.

Kendra's therapeutic journey began at the University of Oregon, where she earned her BA, followed by a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), she has honed her skills to address a wide range of mental health challenges. Her EMDR training equips her with powerful techniques to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences, fostering resilience and growth.

At the core of Kendra's practice is a commitment to creating a supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationship. She empowers her clients to develop insight, confidence, and trust in themselves, guiding them towards solutions for positive change. Her expertise spans across trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, divorce, codependency, substance abuse/addiction, life transitions, and women's issues.

Kendra's passion for working with older adolescents and young adults sets her apart. She specializes in helping this demographic navigate the often challenging transition into adult levels of independence and responsibility. Her approach combines empathy with practical strategies, enabling clients to overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors.

In addition to individual therapy, Kendra serves as the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at Lighthouse Psychiatry. This role allows her to share her expertise and mentor other professionals, ensuring high-quality care across the practice. Whether in the Gilbert office or through virtual sessions, Kendra is dedicated to providing accessible, effective mental health support to her community.
