As the Program Director of CONCERN: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at River Valley Counseling Center, Dr. Brock brings her expertise as a psychologist to the forefront of employee wellness.

The CONCERN: EAP program offers employees and their household family members access to 6-8 counseling sessions per problem, with the ability to use services throughout the year. This short-term, targeted approach aims to address issues that impact work performance, productivity, and presenteeism. Dr. Brock ensures that services are completely confidential, bypassing individual insurance companies and managerial referrals, thus creating a safe space for employees to seek help.

Dr. Brock's vision extends beyond traditional counseling. Under her guidance, CONCERN: EAP provides a comprehensive suite of services including consultation, resources, and referrals for legal, financial, and therapeutic needs. This holistic approach reflects her understanding that employee well-being is multifaceted, requiring support that spans various aspects of life.
