Before specializing in psychiatry, he worked in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, giving him a holistic understanding of health care. Thirty years ago, he made a pivotal decision to switch to psychiatry, drawn by the opportunity to work closely with people and their families, both adults and children alike.
