As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Jose specializes in providing comprehensive mental wellness services. His therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with particular expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression (DTQI) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
