Specializing in supporting teens and young adults ages 14 to 21, Jennifer has extensive expertise in addressing self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.

Jennifer's therapeutic approach is rooted in non-judgment, compassion, and genuine connection with her clients. She is versed in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
