Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained valuable experience in diverse clinical settings. She began her professional journey at The Menninger Clinic, working with severe and complex mental illnesses at an inpatient level. Jennifer's expertise further expanded as she worked at the Eating Recovery Center, leading psychoeducational groups for adolescents and providing therapeutic support for Eating Disorder Recovery using CBT, DBT, and Self-Compassion frameworks.

In 2021, Jennifer joined the McLean OCD Institute, where she worked with populations experiencing severe anxiety and OCD through Exposure Response Prevention. Her diverse background also includes experience as a Master of Social Work Intern at Garden Oaks Montessori K-8, providing Solution-Focused counseling for children aged 5-14, and at DePelchin's Children's Center, an accredited Foster Care and Adoption agency, where she was trained in Trauma Informed Care and Family Systems.

She tailors her methods to meet each client's specific needs, drawing from various modalities including Psychotherapy, Trauma Systems Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and behavioral therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Additionally, her training in Brainspotting offers a unique, holistic approach to identifying and processing core neurophysiological sources of emotional and body pain.
