With a strong background in trauma-informed care, Jennifer specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and has experience with parts therapy/IFS, DBT, hypnotherapy, and narrative therapy. Their expertise extends to crisis counseling, ensuring they can provide support across a wide range of mental health needs. Jennifer's approach to couples and relationship therapy, including work with polycules, focuses on moving beyond blame to foster responsibility and cooperation.

A unique aspect of Jennifer's practice is their certification as a Therapeutic Game Master. They offer innovative therapeutic D&D groups that utilize gameplay and roleplaying to address issues such as social anxiety, identity exploration, trauma, and phobias. Jennifer's educational background includes a graduate degree from the MSW program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
