As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science degree, Jeannie is committed to partnering with her clients, meeting them wherever they are in their unique life journey. Her role is not to solve problems for her clients, but to listen without judgment, help identify areas where they might be stuck, and ultimately empower them to forge their own path forward.

Jeannie brings a wealth of experience to her practice, working with a culturally diverse group of adults, children, and families. Her areas of expertise encompass a wide range of challenges, including trauma, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, and grief. She also has specialized experience in supporting parents of children with special needs, addressing children's emotional and behavioral challenges, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Additionally, Jeannie has a particular interest in assisting women who are navigating parenting or career challenges, phase of life issues, and spiritual concerns.

Drawing from a diverse therapeutic toolkit, Jeannie employs a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor her treatment to each client's unique needs. Her training and experience include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, family therapy, and parenting coaching. She also utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), and spiritually based counseling, allowing her to address both psychological and spiritual dimensions of her clients' experiences.

Jeannie's commitment to accessibility is evident in her availability during weekday evenings, accommodating clients with busy schedules. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals, couples, and families find solutions that will empower them towards a happier and more successful future.
