Hiba Kehdy

With a multicultural background spanning Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, Hiba Kehdy brings a unique, global perspective to her work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her diverse experiences inform her approach to therapy, allowing her to navigate complex cultural dynamics and support clients through the challenges of acculturation.

Hiba's extensive experience covers a wide range of settings and populations. She has worked with the Supreme Court of California in San Bernardino, focusing on co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. Her two years in a crisis Mental Health service center provided her with valuable experience in managing urgent situations for both teens and adults. Additionally, Hiba's three years with Riverside County allowed her to develop expertise in working with children and adolescents, including leading urgent care and hospital discharge groups.

Specializing in trauma-informed care, Hiba is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also employs a variety of other therapeutic approaches, including Play Therapy, Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This eclectic toolkit allows her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs, whether working with individuals, couples, or families.
