As President, Co-Founder, and Director of Physical Therapy, Dr. Desrosiers brings a wealth of experience and a pioneering spirit to the field of physical rehabilitation.

Dr. Desrosiers' journey in physical therapy began at Husson University in Bangor, Maine, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biomechanics and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His academic pursuits were marked by leadership and innovation, as evidenced by his role as one of the Board of Directors and Co-Founders of Husson University's first interdisciplinary pro-bono healthcare clinic, SOARing Eagles Healthcare. This early experience in creating accessible healthcare solutions would later inform his approach to patient care and practice management.

Upon graduation, Dr. Desrosiers embarked on a career as a traveling Physical Therapist, gaining diverse clinical experience across various settings in the Western United States. This extensive exposure to different patient populations and healthcare environments honed his skills and broadened his perspective on physical therapy practice. His professional expertise now spans a wide range, including work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, geriatric patients, adolescent youth athletes, and community health initiatives.

Dr. Desrosiers has developed a particular clinical focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy. His areas of specialization include the conservative management of chronic pain, post-operative orthopedic recovery, advanced therapeutic exercise prescription, and myofascial release therapy. This combination of skills allows him to offer comprehensive, tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Desrosiers continues to contribute to the field of physical therapy education. He currently serves on the Private Practice Advisory Board at Husson University, where he mentors students interested in starting their own private physical therapy practices. This role allows him to shape the future of the profession by sharing his entrepreneurial insights and clinical expertise with the next generation of physical therapists.

When not serving patients or advancing the field of physical therapy, Dr. Desrosiers enjoys a full life in San Marcos, California, where he resides with his wife and daughter. His personal interests, including traveling, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, and exploring local restaurants, reflect his active lifestyle and love for outdoor activities - elements that undoubtedly inform his approach to physical wellness and patient care.
