Her four-year residency at the Psychological Center at City College provided her with invaluable experience in both individual and group psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Further specialized training at Columbia University Medical Center expanded her expertise in treating eating disorders and providing maternal perinatal care. Her three-year fellowship at Baruch College focused on supporting minority and first-generation students, demonstrating her commitment to serving diverse populations.

Dr. Lee's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident in her role as a Co-Leader in this area, as well as her work as a Supervising Psychologist. During her postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University's counseling center, she played a key role in developing and leading a discussion group to support Asian American students in response to increased racial discrimination during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience underscores her ability to address timely and sensitive issues affecting specific communities.
