Eliza Sanford

Eliza Sanford, M.S., NCC, is a pre-licensed counselor at Pacifica Counseling. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and she is currently in the process of obtaining her full professional counseling licensure.

She specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders and conducts familial, individual, and group counseling to meet varied client needs. Her approach is holistic, recognizing the interconnected nature of mental health and tailoring support to each person's circumstances.

Eliza has worked in outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient settings, and residential facilities, bringing adaptability across clinical contexts. She is accepting new clients at Pacifica Counseling's Peachtree Corners location, offering both in-person and telehealth services.
