With over 15 years of diverse experience in mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and autism, Chelsi McDougal, LCSWA, brings a wealth of knowledge to her therapeutic practice. Her journey in the field has taken her through various settings, including schools, specialized recreation programs, in-home direct care, day programs, community-based services, and outpatient therapy. This rich background has equipped Chelsi with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set to address a wide range of client needs.

Chelsi's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Peace University, followed by a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of North Carolina Pembroke. As a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, she combines her academic training with her extensive practical experience to provide comprehensive care to her clients.

At the heart of Chelsi's practice is a commitment to person-centered care. She prioritizes the individual goals of her clients, utilizing a range of interventions to promote growth and foster self-determination.
