She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (1988) and a Master's of Behavioral Sciences (1990) from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. She further honed her skills with a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, in 1992. Her internship at the Center for Cognitive Rehabilitation at East Jefferson Hospital in Metarie, Louisiana, provided her with valuable hands-on experience.
In her practice, Celeste draws from a variety of counseling techniques to best serve her clients. She is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, behavior management, and play therapy. This diverse toolkit allows her to adapt her methods to suit each client's unique situation and preferences.
As a native of North Carolina and a long-time resident of Guilford County, Celeste brings a deep understanding of the local community to her practice.
