Brittany's educational journey began at the University of North Alabama, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. She then pursued her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University, equipping her with a comprehensive foundation in systemic therapy approaches.
At the core of Brittany's practice is an emotion-focused, person-centered approach. This methodology allows her to tailor her therapeutic techniques to each client's unique needs and experiences. Recognizing the importance of cultural awareness in therapy, Brittany takes great care to consider all cultural aspects - including religion, ethnicity, and LGBTQ+ identities - to provide the highest level of care possible.
