With a career spanning nearly 25 years as a trauma therapist, Dr. Bianka Hardin brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to healing to her role as the owner of Centered Therapy Chicago, PLLC. Founded in 2014, her practice embodies a mission to enhance the mental health and quality of life for children, adolescents, and adults alike. Dr. Hardin's approach is characterized by a passionate interest in the cultural, systemic, and intergenerational factors that influence overall health and well-being.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Hardin specializes in working with trauma survivors and fellow healing professionals. Her expertise extends to supporting mental health practitioners who may be grappling with vicarious trauma or burnout, acknowledging the challenges inherent in the field. Dr. Hardin's educational background includes a BA from Miami University and MA and PsyD degrees from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
