With advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Audrey is particularly adept at helping children and adolescents find healing after experiencing trauma or loss. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), a powerful technique she uses to facilitate healing from past trauma and overcome limiting beliefs that keep people stuck in old patterns of behavior.
