Audrey's expertise spans a wide range of issues, including trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, relationship problems, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and parenting struggles. Her versatility allows her to tailor her approach to each client's specific needs, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience. As a certified play therapist, Audrey skillfully employs play techniques to effectively work with children and families, fostering communication and promoting healing in a natural, child-friendly manner.

With advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Audrey is particularly adept at helping children and adolescents find healing after experiencing trauma or loss. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), a powerful technique she uses to facilitate healing from past trauma and overcome limiting beliefs that keep people stuck in old patterns of behavior.

Audrey received her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2008 and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
