Specializing in individual therapy for adults, Dr. Dahl's approach is rooted in client-centered, supportive, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, tailoring treatment to meet each individual's unique needs.

Dr. Dahl's extensive educational background includes a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology obtained in 2005 and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology completed in 2010.
