With over three decades of experience in education and counseling, Allison Dukat, MC, LPC, NC brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as a Clinical Supervisor and Trauma Specialist at Total Life Counseling. Allison's therapeutic journey began at Arizona State University, where she earned her Master's Degree in Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she has honed her skills working with adults facing a diverse range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, transition difficulties, and trauma. Her specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy equips her with powerful tools to help clients find adaptive resolution to adverse life experiences.
