Creating an atmosphere of respect and genuine interaction is at the heart of Allen Rockett's therapeutic approach. As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Mental Health Therapist, Allen believes that every individual's life journey is unique and deserves a space where their story can be fully explored, recognized, and valued.

Allen specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), utilizing this framework to help clients develop awareness around negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. His expertise includes addressing issues such as personalization, polarized thinking, and overgeneralization. By employing these techniques, Allen assists his clients in acquiring skills that are beneficial not only for their immediate future but for their entire life journey.

With a diverse range of expertise, Allen works with individuals aged 15 and above who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, disability concerns, cultural issues, and grief. His approach is team-oriented, collaborating closely with clients to establish and work towards goals that foster true growth and development.

Beyond his clinical work, Allen has a rich background in advocating for individuals with disabilities. He has contributed to grants aimed at promoting equal access to community jobs for individuals working in workshops. Additionally, his experience includes working with the University of Arkansas' Center for Educational Access, where he assisted students in securing college accommodations to ensure they received the necessary services for academic success.
