Alex's journey in healthcare began as a certified nursing assistant in medical units, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of therapeutic connections on individuals facing physical and emotional traumas. This experience ignited her passion for mental health, leading her to transition into a role as a behavioral health counselor in an inpatient setting. For the past four years, Alex has dedicated herself to providing educational skills groups and crisis stabilization for both adolescents and adults, honing her ability to support clients through challenging times.

With a keen interest in various areas of mental health, Alex is particularly drawn to working with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, stress management, and women's issues. Her approach is grounded in Existential-Humanistic principles, reflecting her belief that an individual's personal philosophy can foster a positive self-concept and cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges.
