Albert's professional path began in the realm of private foster care administration, where he honed his leadership skills and gained invaluable insights into the complexities of family dynamics and child welfare. Simultaneously, his deep-seated passion for direct practice led him to dedicate extra hours to seeing clients at a mental health agency. This dual experience fostered a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and clinical aspects of mental health services.

In August 2014, driven by an act of faith and a vision to provide more holistic mental health care, Albert founded Hope Behavioral Health. What began as a one-man group private practice in a small, shared office space in Cleveland Heights quickly burgeoned into a multi-location organization. Albert's leadership and commitment to his mission attracted like-minded professionals, and within a year, the practice had expanded to four offices and a team of eight therapists.

Today, Hope Behavioral Health boasts over 50 therapists across seven offices and three schools throughout Northeast Ohio, a testament to Albert's visionary leadership and the growing need for accessible, quality mental health services. As CEO, Albert continues to balance his administrative responsibilities with his enduring passion for direct client care, embodying the practice's ethos of hope, faith, and professional excellence in mental health care.
