This early success led her to St. Mary's University in San Antonio, where she masterfully balanced her roles as a Psychology student and NCAA Division II tennis player. However, it was during this time that Abigail faced her own formidable opponents: performance anxiety and burnout. These personal challenges became the catalyst for her future career, as therapy became her sanctuary and taught her invaluable lessons in mental resilience.

Armed with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her experiences as both an athlete and coach, Abigail now stands ready to share her insights with others. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Dr. Tritia M. Finley, Ph.D., LPC-S, NCC, she specializes in helping athletes grappling with performance pressures and high achievers striving for balance.
