Steve Pavilanis is a writer, speaker, and coach specializing in overcoming anxiety and panic attacks. After spending over five years struggling with severe social anxiety, he was determined to find a way forward without relying on medication or traditional therapy. Through extensive research, personal experience, and trial and error, he successfully reclaimed his confidence and well-being.

In 2009, he published his award-winning book, A Life Less Anxious: Freedom from Panic Attacks and Social Anxiety Without Drugs or Therapy, to share the strategies that helped him break free from anxiety. His work has since expanded to speaking engagements, coaching, and online courses.
